Inspirational Wellness Personality Spotlight

WENDY IDA

Wendy Ida is a power boosting force for wellness and personal transformation. Besides her core values that can really help you, she has the personality and persona that can deliver it to the public. If you can believe it, she's 63 years young and as you can see... very proud of it.

In her book Taking Back Your Life: My No-Nonsense Approach To Health, Fitness and Looking Good Naked! she uses herself as a model to inspire the greatness within you. What I like about Wendy, is that she understands it's more than just physical. She's lived life long enough to understand that it's your whole being involved with getting yourself better. She knows what it means to take back your life, and lives to inspire others to do the same.

Because of her background, she's especially effective motivating women over the age of 40. Also, she's a domestic violence survivor, and can lend support to any woman that has been victimized by this injustice. Thank you Wendy for helping others improve the quality of their life!

Wendy's Tips: Working Out at the Gym

Here's what food and drink I consumed on my lose-the-gut mission today...

BREAKFAST DAY 27

Toasted whole grain muffin top with raw vegan flatbread consisting of zucchini, apple, flax seeds, coconut, Turmeric, onion, citron, cayenne pepper, Sereno pepper, black salt, dates, hemp seed butter that is raw and stone ground, almonds that are raw and unpasteurized and soaked and dehydrated sprinkled with raw agave and dehydrated raw coconut. Also we have a green smoothie consisting of kale, mixed berries, and dates. All organic

LUNCH DAY 27

Vegan flat bread along with homemade kale chips. All organic.

Here are some of the products I've eaten today. I like to stress that it's important to go organic and raw if possible. That's when you get the best nutrition into the body. I would avoid toasted nuts... if possible soak them for better digestion. If you get nut butters, try the ones that are stone ground... those are the best.

Stone ground nut butters.... OMG... Nuttin' better... It's the best way to go!

DINNER DAY 27

Sprouted Green lentils, egg placed on romaine lettuce and seasoned with New Zealand sea salt, black pepper and garlic.
All organic.

Thanks for tuning in and offering your support, and remember to always count your blessings and know that today is another opportunity to be better,

David
