FEATURED PRODUCT IN THE 60-DAY PROGRAM

Total Complete Chelated Minerals

Because of depleted soil and bad diet, the majority of the US population is deficient in virtually all minerals. This balanced formula is designed to fill that void and to promote optimum health of the tissues, at the same time guarding against mineral toxicity and excess.

No use taking any nutritional supplements unless you start with the basics. Since minerals comprise 4% of body mass, and are essential co-factors for all biochemical reactions in the body every second of your life, mineral supplementation is fundamental.

Three capsules daily will provide the body with almost its entire mineral requirements, with the remainder being supplied by a healthy diet.

Chelated minerals are the most bioavailable of supplemental forms - the most effective at the cellular level.

I'm making some kale chips and here's the pre-game show...

STEP ONE Get your kale washed and remove the stems and make your secret dressing.
STEP TWO Pour on the secret sauce. Okay I'll share: Onion, celery, red bell pepper, fresh Asian garlic, raw butter, dates, raw agave, nutritional yeast, New Zealand sea salt.
STEP THREE Load the treated kale on the dehydrator tray. Then we will place it in the dehydrator at a temperature of 110° and leave it in there overnight. At this temperature the food is considered wall and all the nutrients are in tact.

BREAKFAST DAY 12

Blueberry coconut yogurt - with raw organic milk, dates, and vanilla, alongside oatmeal and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Well how in the heck do you make raw coconut yogurt? See video below...

This is how you make raw coconut yogurt

LUNCH DAY 12

A tall glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, two hard-boiled eggs over a bed of red organic lettuce, fresh sugarcane pieces.
Everything organic from the farmers market.

DINNER DAY 12

Step-4 beef from whole foods broiled over a bed of onions in a cast-iron skillet, alongside baby bok choy, and fresh orange pulp.

Thanks for tuning in and offering your support, and remember to always count your blessings,
