BODYWORK: The Power of REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is one of my favorite therapies on the planet and one of the best treatments to support your program. I started my career a long time ago with reflexology, and to this day it's stood the test of time... being a super versatile tool for healing. Today you'll find reflexology combined with many other health modalities including medicine, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical rehabilitation, and many more.

On your left, I have for you a copy of my Reflexology Chart I created back in 1987, and then revised with color in 2012. Get in touch with me if you would like a copy. Also, I would like to share with you a cover story for the massage magazine I wrote a few years back entitled the Science Of Reflexology.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, getting some bodywork to help facilitate your cleansing or detox program is a great idea. Of all the bodywork choices, I would recommend reflexology. When getting some pumping action, along with pressure and movement techniques to the feet, you are sure to help your program along and also received many health benefits. Reflexology can also be applied to the years and hands, but I've always been partial to getting extra attention to the feet.

My recommendations in choosing a qualified practitioner, is to make sure they are ARCB Certified. This stands for the American Reflexology Certification Board.

Locally in Los Angeles, you can also contact the The American Academy of Reflexology for referrals, classes and more information on reflexology.

BREAKFAST DAY 23

Hot whole-grain rice and oat cereal topped with dates, black mission figs,
chia seeds, hemp seeds, vanilla bean, and cacao nibs. All organic.

LUNCH DAY 23

Leftovers from breakfast. Whole grain brown rice and oat cereal,
topped with a banana face made of a fig, bananas, cacao nibs and raw agave. All organic.

DINNER DAY 23

Amazing 10 whole-grain rice medley with one duck leg and thigh from Mary's Farm. All organic

Here's that amazing package of grains! The consistency is a little sticky, and that will allow you to easily roll it up in nori.

Thanks for tuning in and offering your support, and remember to always count your blessings,

David
